NW Groundwork were recently contracted by Nest Building Services to assist with an extension to Kettle Hall Cottage.
The team at NW Groundwork were tasked with clearing the area where the extension was to be built and then digging the footings for the new building.
The lean-to on the side of the house was removed and the driveway cleared ready to start digging the footings.
At the back of the house the hedges were taken out and the lawn area was cleared. The sloping site offered some challenges and the team had to take extra care.
The footings were dug at the side and back of the house.
The concrete was poured ready for the next phase of the build to commence.
